These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "User") and bullwin ("bullwin," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://bullwin.vip ("the Platform"). Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds therein handled in accordance with PAGCOR's underage gambling protocol.
3.2 Residency. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. bullwin makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual natural person is permitted to hold one Account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. bullwin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.
3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of your account information at all times. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.5 KYC Verification. bullwin requires all Members to complete identity verification before withdrawals are enabled. Verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. bullwin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.
4.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account access with any third party. bullwin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 Suspected Unauthorized Access. You must notify bullwin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. bullwin may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation upon receipt of such notice.
4.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. Bets placed and transactions executed under your credentials are deemed to have been made by you, subject to demonstrated evidence of unauthorized access.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bullwin will attempt to notify the Member via registered contact details prior to applying any dormancy administrative fee as permitted under applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
5.1 Supported Methods. bullwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, and supported Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. bullwin does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed in the order received. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business hours. Processing times may be extended during system maintenance or peak demand periods.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods registered in the Member's verified name. bullwin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
5.5 Refunds. Deposits credited to your Account and used to place bets are not refundable. Deposits credited to your Account but not yet wagered may be eligible for return subject to bullwin's anti-fraud review and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
6.1 Offer Terms. All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other promotions offered by bullwin are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for matters specific to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. bullwin may specify game contribution rates — for example, certain slots may contribute 100% toward wagering requirements while table games contribute a lower percentage. These contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
6.3 Abuse of Promotions. bullwin reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses where the platform determines that a Member has exploited promotional offers in a manner not consistent with normal, good-faith gaming. This includes, but is not limited to, low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance.
6.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw. bullwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited and in active use at the time of modification.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the bullwin Platform is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. Members are responsible for reviewing applicable game rules before placing bets. bullwin's decisions regarding the outcome of a game are final, subject to demonstrable technical error.
7.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error affecting a game round, bullwin will apply a fair resolution in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and the affected game's rules. Bets placed during confirmed system errors may be voided and stakes returned.

11.3 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to temporarily or permanently suspend their access to the Platform may activate self-exclusion through their Account settings. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bullwin's total liability to any Member in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total value of that Member's Account balance at the time the relevant claim arises. bullwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
bullwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may affect Platform availability, and bullwin will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.
bullwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Member has breached these Terms; (b) bullwin is required to do so by applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory directive; (c) bullwin reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity; or (d) the Member's account poses a money laundering or identity risk that cannot be resolved through standard verification processes.
Upon termination for breach, bullwin may forfeit any Account balance in accordance with its regulatory obligations. Upon termination for reasons other than Member breach, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance checks.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the bullwin Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Prior to commencing any legal proceedings, Members agree to contact bullwin's customer support team to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through the regulator's official complaint channel in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework.
bullwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, bullwin will endeavour to notify registered Members via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
